Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1st 2019

Your privacy is very important to us.

As an Australian-based business, The Mindful Dog, adheres to:

The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), which are contained in schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). This legislation outlines how most Australian and Norfolk Island Government agencies, all private sector and not-for-profit organisations with an annual turnover of more than $3 million, all private health service providers and some small businesses (collectively called ‘APP entities') must handle, use and manage personal information. While the APPs are not prescriptive, each APP entity needs to consider how the principles apply to its own situation.

And, in addition to the above Australian Privacy Act, The Mindful Dog voluntarily chooses to also adhere to the more comprehensive data protection laws, as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): https://mindful.dog/data-protection/

As a result, we have developed a transparent and ethical Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information.
